- Use it for support questions, setup issues, and product feedback.
- You can also suggest your ideas for improving the product or adding new features.
- Keep the chat open so operator replies can reach you.
- Do not send passwords, private keys, or payment card data.
When to use feedback
For runtime issues, include the Skydrix version, server OS, DVB adapter model, and a short description of what changed before the problem appeared.
For account, license, or billing questions, use the same bot and mention your public license ID if you already have one.
